Positions Available

Lead Carpenter

This is a hands on position where your 8 to 10 years of experience will require outstanding leadership and team building skills in residential building and remodeling. The successful candidate will perform and lead others in all phases of residential addition and remodeling construction to all applicable Building Codes and company Standard Operating Procedures. Using blue prints, must correctly and professionally build and reconstruct concrete forming & pouring, windows, doors, framing (including roofs), electrical, insulation, drywall, plumbing, and finish wood work. Must have own tools, transportation, auto insurance, and be able to excel in a team environment. Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.

Journeyman Carpenter

This is hands on position where your 5 to 7 years of experience will require excellent residential building and remodel skills. The successful candidate will perform all phases of residential addition and remodeling construction to all applicable Building Codes and company Standard Operating Procedures. Using blue prints, must correctly and professionally build and reconstruct concrete forming & pouring, windows, doors, framing (including roofs), electrical, insulation, drywall, plumbing, and finish wood work. Must have own tools, transportation, auto insurance, and be able to excel in a team environment. Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.

Apprentice Carpenter

This is a hands on position where you will learn how to properly construct, remodel, and repair residential buildings according to applicable building codes while working under the observation of both senior and lead carpenters. Using blue prints, will correctly and professionally learn to build and reconstruct concrete forming & pouring, windows, doors, framing (including roofs), electrical, insulation, drywall, plumbing, and finish wood work. Will also learn how to maintain, identify, and manage supplies and inventory by observing and checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipt of these supplies. Must have own tools, transportation, auto insurance, and be able to excel in a team environment. Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.

Tile Craftsman/Artisan

This is a hands on position where you will use your 10 to 15 years of experience to perform all forms and types of custom tile, stone, lath and plaster work to include, but not limited to, showers, tubs, sauna’s, walls, wainscot, counters, backsplash, and floors to all applicable California Building Code (CBC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), and company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Must be able to understand and tile using plans and specifications. Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.

Production Assistant

This is a hand on position requiring excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will pick up and deliver construction materials and supplies, work with the field staff on job locations assisting in the performance of their duties ranging from, but not limited to, minor demolition, job site preparation and masking, painting, caulking, grout sealing, job site clean up, organizing tools & supplies, refuse management, procuring and delivering required tools, equipment, and materials. The candidate will also install registers, grates, smoke detectors, various types of insulation, and perform other errands as necessary. Must be able to excel in a team environment. Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.
