We want to thank Dan, Lori and their family for all the beautiful work they did in our kitchen and bathroom. We have heard horror stories from friends and family about their home improvement projects; but Dan was great!
Everything was spelled out in detail before work ever began. Once the work started, we had the secure feeling that everything would be taken care of. When walls started to come down and some errors from the previous builders were found, Dan said, “not to worry, I’ll make it right.” And he did.
One of the nicest things is how clean they kept the construction site – even my neighbors mentioned it! Dan’s son, Adam, worked with him often and also did a great job!! Dan’s youngest son, Eric, stopped by on some afternoons to help with the clean-up at the end of the work day. Eric is the clean-up KING! Both Adam and Eric are wonderful young men; Dan should be very proud of them.
The whole family is wonderful and truly cares about people. It was great being able to reach out and call Lori whenever needed.
We greatly appreciate all the little extra touches Dan did for us to make sure the project came out even better than we ever anticipated!!
